Health:
A. Three sets of:
A1. Back Squat x 8-10 reps @2010, Rest 45 seconds
A2. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2111, Rest 45 seconds

B. Four sets of 3-minute sprints of:
“KB Cindy”
5 Ring rows
10 KBS
15 Air squats
Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, then rest 90 seconds between sets and pick up where you left off to start the next set.

Score total number of rounds completed.

Classic:
A. Three sets of:

5 Pull ups or ring rows
