Warm-up: 20ft butt kickers, 20ft high knees, 20ft side shuffle each direction, 20ft Duck walk, 20ft lunge + Reach, 20ft inch worm
Pre-mobilty: pigeon and superman – 90s each

Four sets of:
Front Squat x 10-12reps
Rest 45 seconds
Single-Arm Trap 3 Raise x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2110
Rest 45 seconds
Double-Under Practice x 45-60 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

B. 3 rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell alternating Lunges
10 Sit-Ups
10 Burpees

Classic:
A. Four sets of:
Front Squat x 5 reps
Rest 3 minutes

B. Handstand Holds x max time up to 60s, if you have the skill complete Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps, Rest 3 minutes

B. 4 rounds for time of:
10 alternating Axle bar or Dumbbell Lunges
10 Sit-Ups
10 Burpees

C. Mobility = Foam Roll
