Kettlebell:
A) EMOM Dual KB Thrusters for 10min x6 reps

B) Against a two-minute running clock, complete the following:
400 Meter Run or row, 
KB Clean and Jerk x Max Reps (55/35) – alternate hands when needed
Complete a total of four sets, and rest exactly 2 minutes between sets

Team Workout

“SandBag Sally”

Teams of 3, one athlete working at a time:

5 mins at each station, 1 minute rest/transition:

Station 1 – sandbag thrusters from shoulder to shoulder

Station 2 – front rack sandbag lunges

Station 3 – sandbag hops (line up 3 sand bags, a foot apart, hop over with 2 feet – go there and back, so 6 hops = 1 rep)

Station 4 – sandbag burpees (do a burpee, pick it up and press overhead)
