Kettlebell:
A. Every min X 10min (5 sets each)

Set 1 – KB in front rack on right complete 8-10 reverse lunges on Right leg

Set 2 – KB in front rack on left complete 8-10 reverse lunges on left leg

B. Every 4min for 5 sets, complete:

20 KBS, 10 Push Press, 10 Goblet squats, 10 foot inch worm with KB Drag (start by standing over the KB, inch worm out then reach back and pull KB up to hands and repeat.

Team Workout
A. AMRAP in 45min, with a partner:

18 Power Cleans (alternate every 2 reps)

76 Air Squats (alternate every 10 reps)

Each Grab a plate off the bar and run 200m

When returned leave plates and pick up the bar, one on each end of the barbell and run a 200m partner barbell carry
