Reps may be split as desired. 0.5 miles on assault bike must be completed before overhead squats can be completed.
Standards

0.5 miles on bike must be achieved. Overhead squats: hip crease below knee crease at the bottom, the hips and knees must be fully open at the top with barbell locked out overhead.
