Score is time or reps
Partner1 will complete 21 Handstand push ups and 50 double unders (Scaled – Strict DB Press 35/20) once complete, partner 2 will complete 18 handstand push-ups and 40 double unders. Partners will alternate rounds until work out is complete for time or 15 time cap for reps.
