100′ Dumbbell Walking Lunge (50’s/35’s)
25/20 Calorie Assault Bike
100′ Dumbbell Walking Lunge (50’s/35’s)
15/10 Calorie Assault Bike

Within the workout, they should look to use a weight they could complete at least 50ft. without taking a break. A course can be set-up with cones, with the length depending on the layout of the gym. 4×25, 2×50, or 1×100 are all options.
