On the Minute x 16 (8 Rounds):
Odd Minutes – 15/12 Calorie Row
Even Minutes – 3 Deadlifts
Alternating back and forth between calories on the row and the barbell. Athlete’s have a choice on loading today. This should be a weight that they can move well while still challenging themselves. Also looking for these 3 repetitions to be completed without dropping on each round.
