Build to Heavy

Giving athletes 12 minutes to build to their heavy three position squat snatch. The first 1-3 sets should be very light, with the main focus being efficient movement. These are often rushed through due to the light loading, but really concentration of moving well her will pay off as the weight increase. Group athletes up into teams of 2-3 for this section, putting extra barbells away.
