Looking to choose a weight for the kettlebell swings that athletes could swing for 25+ repetitions unbroken when fresh. If unable to Bike, complete a Calorie Row, increasing by just 2 repetitions each round. Another option would be to complete 10 Meter Shuttle Runs with the same rep scheme as prescribed.
