Anyone who is new to CrossFit Regina will get the opportunity to start with an Intro Session. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the CrossFit Regina community is all about.
During your class you will receive:

- A baseline workout with the most experienced coaches
