Our CrossFit Kids program helps motivate and develop a wide variety of skills for children within the CrossFit realm; squat, run, jump, lift, climb.

Movements are meant to mimic their parents in an age appropriate and safe manor keeping in mind the children’s diverse phases of physical and mental development.

CrossFit kids runs on Saturdays at 2:00pm in 12 week sessions. CrossFit begins for children ages 6 and up.
