Our most popular program, Classic CrossFit is designed for people who are ready to learn and master more complex gymnastics movements and Olympic lifts.

Your goal may remain improved health and fitness or body composition changes but you may also wish to set performance goals, as well.

Classes include a guided group warm up, workout of the day and cool down.

Because lifting and conditioning sessions include more complex movements, you will need to attain a level of ability to perform these movements well in order to train with higher relative intensity.


  • Minimum 8 weeks in Health Stream
  • Attend 2 Olympic Weight lifting classes (see schedule for times)
  • Or have previous Crossfit experience
