This class is for those who wish to improve their Weightlifting skill for Crossfit or for those interested in the sport of Weightlifting and the challenge it has to offer.

You will work with our certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches who have the extensive experience, knowledge and passion for the sport. In this class, you will learn to master the major lifts Snatch, Clean and Jerk and the Squat.
