Relax & Recover – Relaxation massage is designed to relax muscles and promote circulation. This will increase the flow of oxygen throughout the body to aid in recovery and flush out toxins.
Deep Tissue – Manipulation of muscles, tendons and soft tissue. This will relieve pain and increase range of motion by re-aligning muscle fibres.
Sports Massage – Pre-event, inter-event and post-event therapy to aid athletes muscle recovery and treat sport specific injuries.
