Relax & Recover – Relaxation massage is designed to relax muscles and promote circulation.  This will increase the flow of oxygen throughout the body to aid in recovery and flush out toxins. 

Deep Tissue – Manipulation of muscles, tendons and soft tissue.  This will relieve pain and increase range of motion by re-aligning muscle fibres.

Sports Massage – Pre-event, inter-event and post-event therapy to aid athletes muscle recovery and treat sport specific injuries.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, except in extensive circumstances. The 24 hour notice allows sufficient time for your appointment to be filled.
Cancellations without 24 hour notice or No-Shows will result in a *FULL* charge for your session, (invoiced via email or charged at your next appointment). Respectfully, that time has been set aside specifically for YOU!
