It is recommended to partner with someone who has other strengths than you. There will be no Muscle ups or HSPUs in the partner division.
Be able to safely perform multiple reps of the following:
-Ring Row/Pull up
-Leg Raises/Toes to bar
– Clean and Jerk
-Basic Cf movements will be included in this category. This can be scaled for all competitors (if you do further scale a WOD you will finish below others who do not)
