HYROX Events

Our Hyrox events are not an official HYROX race. However, the events will still involve some running and the standard workout stations: Sled push, sled drag, rowing, burpee broad jumps, farmer carry, sandbag lunges, wall ball and ski erg.

The event will be a functional workout that tests endurance, strength, and conditioning. It’s designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes.

$90 + gst per person
($50 + gst per person if competing in Spring Fling)

What to Expect in our HYROX events:

Race Format

different from an official race. Less running but will still include the standard workout stations.

Workout Stations

Includes sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Divisions

Compete in Open, Pro, Doubles, or Relay, with weights and intensity adjusted accordingly.

Timed Event

Athletes are ranked based on their total time to complete the race.
