Kids & Teens classes are fun, age-appropriate workouts designed to help young athletes develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for fitness in a supportive environment.

Who Are Kids & Teens Classes For?

Spring 2025
Sundays:
1:00-2:00 – ages 8-11
2:00-3:00 – ages 12-15
April 6 – June 22

(No classes April 6 and June 1)
10 weeks
$200 +gst

  • Kids (Ages 8-11) – Focus on movement, coordination, and fun fitness games.
  • Teens (Ages 12-16) – More structured strength and conditioning to develop athleticism.
  • Any Young Athlete – Great for improving overall fitness, sports performance, and confidence.

What to Expect in our Kids & Teens Classes:

Warm-Up

Games, drills, and dynamic movements to get kids moving and engaged.

Skill Development

Focus on fundamental movement patterns like squats, jumps, and basic strength exercises.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

A fun, scalable workout combining bodyweight movements, light weights, and agility drills.

Teamwork & Games

Interactive activities that promote cooperation and problem-solving.

Cool-Down & Mobility

Stretching and breathing exercises to encourage recovery and injury prevention.
