Olympic weightlifting classes focus on teaching and improving the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. These movements require a combination of strength, speed, technique, and mobility. Our classes are led by WORLD CLASS, certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches.

Breaking down the snatch and clean & jerk into progressions to refine movement patterns.

Strength Training

Squats, pulls, and accessory exercises to build power, stability, and explosiveness.

Workout/Complexes

Practicing full lifts or lift variations at different intensities.
