ROOKIE RUMBLE
Rookie Rumble is a fitness event geared towards BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE and MASTERS athletes only. Athletes will test their strength, endurance, and skills across multiple workouts. These events challenge competitors with a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio-based movements performed at high intensity.

What to Expect:
Multiple Workouts (WODs)
Athletes complete several workouts throughout the day, each testing different skills.
Varied Challenges
Expect movements like Olympic lifts, box jumps, rowing, burpees, muscle-ups, and odd-object challenges.
Scoring System
Points are awarded based on performance, such as time, reps, or weight lifted.
Divisions & Scaling
Beginner, Intermediate and Masters.
Supportive Community
High-energy atmosphere with fellow athletes cheering each other on.
